Eeexcellent. I'll give them a try thanks man. Yeah Elixirs are what I always end up buying because that's all that everyone seems to have. I seem to recall using these ones on which the wrap wire was coated before winding round the core, that that they seemed less plasticky and more natural feeling... but I'm buggered if I can remember what they were.
