that driver has probably had his ideas about cyclists further entrenched
This too, more importantly. Next time he sees a cyclist in primary position, is he going to think:
a) "I fell over last time I got angry with a cyclist, this time I'll wait patiently until it's safe to pass"
or
b) "It's one of those cyclist cunts again perhaps I'll knock him over and get my own back"
?

Is it fair to say I could/should have killed this one then?
Seems to be the natural order of things that if you can go faster than them enough to overtake you can kill them as you dangerously overtake since you no longer have to be bothered about them or if that didn't kill them you are then entitled to kill them in a rage by any means you see fit?
I just want to understand what I should be doing when I pass the cyclists in the slow metal boxes when I'm driving my bike around london.
*cyclists and drivers roles may have been switched in places
Also I disagree, that driver has probably had his ideas about cyclists further entrenched imo
