Just been giving my bike a service; I had it powdercoated at Armourtex a year ago and was pretty happy, but on close inspection it looks like there is rust bubbling happening underneath the lacquer on a few areas, notably on the head tube and on downtube above bottle bosses.
I'm worried that if I leave it the frame, a Roberts Audax Pro with S+S couplings, will be ruined, but equally, a powdercoat by definition should not be doing this and should last longer than a year?
I store it inside, in the dry, and clean it after every wet ride so it's not like it's abused or anything, and there's no way water is collecting in the frame as the cables are all external and there's a hole drilled in the BB shell...
