49/50cm frame - 52cm ETT/48cm Seat Tube - I'm 5'4.5" and have been riding it with plenty of seatpost/stem, so should be fine for 5'2"
Ultegra 6600 shifters/FD/RD/brakes & 105 cassette & Tiagra Chainset

Hi Tom, this may be too far the other way, but I have Raleigh Winner that might suit your girlfriend. It's a 50cm ST steel frame, currently geared. I was planning to turn it into a single speed for a mate's girlfriend but she opted for something more modern. Let me know if interested, I'm happy to sell it for cheap and it looks like the picture below..
