actually In case I can't be typings names and whatnot, lets meet at midday, aiming to leave 12.30 at Achilles near Hyde Pk Corner.

It is obvioously going to be baking hot, so I am not averse to reigning in or winding up the ride as things happen. Deffo getting to all the BMX tracks and obligatory RPark lap.

Wish I could be there, but had spinal injection today so should be taking it easy and now we are going out tomorrow to celebrate getting engaged.

Cant make it on such short notice, but I am new to cycling and would like to join you on any future rides.
