Save yourself about £80 by going for one of these on the front?

Could do, but the bearings on those hubs (they're the same as the Bikehubstore Superlight 79) are tiny. @Cycliste's got some with the same sized bearing on some other wheels I built her, and they're still going strong, but these are going to rack up high mileages every year and think the Tune's larger bearings will prove more durable. Definitely worth suggesting as an option though. Cheers.
@Cycliste reckons the Fulcrum Racing Zeros on her Enigma are too worn on the braking surfaces to be usable for much longer so is looking to replace them. Since they're Fulcrums, just replacing the rims isn't an option, and she's thinking of getting some Dura Ace C24s like she's got on her BMC.
So I've been looking at handbuilt alternatives. The budget would be about 600 quid, and there's no build costs as I'll do it myself. My idea at the moment is HED Belgium Plus rims, Tune Mag170/Mig70 hubs and CX-Ray spokes, 20h front and 24h rear. @Cycliste is tiny and weighs next to nothing. That combination is a bit over budget, but nice and light at under 1400g. Any suggestions for alternative builds?
