Nitto promenade are installed on a road bike. Needs to be 10 speed compatible (Tiagra rear derailleur)

Tiagra flat-bar shifters are the Shimano approved match, 7900 bar end shifters are slightly cheaper. It's up to you which lever position you fancy.

Any chance these would work, price is more attractive... (only trying more up-right position prior on GF road bike before considering other type of bike)

Any chance these would work

Only if you buy 10-speed Shimano MTB derailleurs to go with them, road and MTB are not cross-compatible.
