What's that? soma?
Ah, just checked, only available in 42c, too big, I'm running guards, so 32/35 max. -
• #3003
I recommend the X'Plor USH then. Comes in 35.
:edit:
Actually, may be a poor choice with guards; more of a dry condition tire.

@HoKe Ah cheers Ho! Had I seen this a few days ago things might have been different but I've already pulled the trigger on a pompino. Already have the powdercoat booked in with Seabass and everything, thanks though.
I do need to ask you about your recent CCC wheels for the crackyon though - last time you sent me to speedcarbon11 off the bay - did you go though the same guys for these wheels or someone else? The Pomp I think will be getting deep crabon cyclocross wheels for xtralols...

Ha! We must think alike as I want to deep crabon too for my all city.
For my CCC wheelset I went via aliexpress, but the company was farsport which is pretty good IMO, plus they do rims if you want to build your bling wheelset from scratch.

My patience is terrible. Will have to slap the drops back on next month before races start...

Love it! Have switched to similar bars on my Day One for the summer, if this wind keeps up the drops will soon be back on, just so I can get a bit lower and tucked out of the wind, really heavy going being so upright.

-
• #3022
Yes, pretty much, £500 isn't too bad for an OTP alu singlespeed CX bike.

Should have not painted the stem, should have done the plug 0 steel/steel (£399), plug 1 Alu/Carbon (£599), plug 2 Ti/Carbon (£999). Should have made them all with disc brakes and 135mm spacing. Should have used external BB instead of century old squared taper (where do they even source that shit?). Should not have ran the cables down the down tube. #justsayin'
Ta very much, was looking at the 32mm, so in theory even less resistance. That's kinda sealed the deal for me, will get some before winter comes.
