Well decided to give the Giro Empire VR90 a go. So far very comfortable and light to walk around in.

They look a bit gimpish. :)

I've had the Rumble VR for a bit now, but only used for a dozen or so spin classes. They feel pretty comfy around the gym, should be good for walking around in.
