If you have the TV package, you may have recently (within the last 30 days) received a letter advising the monthly cost is going up. If so you can end on that basis. It's clause J3 in the T's & C's
Catch 22.
'outage' in my area N4. Virgin say no internet till 11 August, asked them to end my contract so I can connect to another provider, the say I'm still 'connected' and would have to pay £250 to disconnect, I say I'm not connected as they're not providing me with a connection, and we go round and round until the customer service woman hangs up on me #outrage
