You won't be able to do 400 TSS for more than 2 days, your power will drop off. So don't start too hard.
+50 and you'll be untrained. +20 and you'll be a bit too fresh but after a few days will feel good and at the end won't be too tired.
It's not exact science so numbers vary person too person. So aim for around there and you'll be fine. Just so the hard intervals and easy rides and nothing in between, that'll freshen you up but keep engine going. Don't take 3 days off in a row. Just a hard effort day then easy easy day then hard. Or hard off then easy then hard again. Freshen not untrain! Don't lost all the hard work done.
The other thing to try and do, and it's easier said than done, is to hold back a bit on the first couple of days, so you're not on your knees with three days left to ride.
