• Something to consider, the sram chainring is rotated 30 deg away from its intended orientation as the sram spider is angled such that one of the chainring bolts is hidden, whereas the p2m spider is not.

    I guess the pin that's supposed to catch the chain will no longer serve its function. Not sure about shifting.

  • Thanks. I did notice the protruding pin and wonder why. I've never had a chain drop off that side of the chainring (yet) though.

    Will have to wait and see with the shifting, it has been used already so hoping it functions OK.
