Took a spill about 5 mins from home. Chain slipped which made me lose the bike and batter my shoulder, elbow and leg. Got tube this morning as a result.
Charmingly, as I'm laying on the road working out if I'm hurt and people run over to help me up, a car tyre passes right by my head, because they were obviously too important to wait for a minute.

Fucking Paddington.. WTF? Arsehole end of the world, still can't work out how to get out of my stupid office quickly. A40 get fucked. Meh. It'd be quicker getting the fucking train in each day. Suicide watch required: apply here.

Where are you based around paddington and where do you need to get to? agreed that there are way too many 1 way streets in the area, makes things quite confusing, but there are ways of getting round.

I worked out a roughly optimal route but I keep taking wrong turns and ended up out in fucking Willesden or some shit. The tricky part is around the offices near Sheldon Square, where a lot of roads are one way, blocked off due to construction and multilevel weird A40ness. The actual office I'm in is a bit of a cluster fuck too but I have a bigger locker so hopefully that will save me about 10mins of wandering around the building using various lifts and rooms just to change and escape.

Wandsworth smells a little less awful now that the brewery has gone (and sadly replaced by more executive boxes - studio flats from £450,000!).
A summer walk to work used to perform 3 tests on a nauseas hangover:-
- The traffic of Wandsworth Gyratory
- The hops of the Ram Brewery
- The semi-stagnant aroma of the River Wandle
If I made it past all 3 I knew I'd keep it down for the rest of the day.
- The traffic of Wandsworth Gyratory

according to the email from TfL...
Seen at 34 seconds in? Cyclist doesn't quite get run over undertaking vehicle turning left.
Staggering to my mind that the organisation paying for it all hasn't noticed the problem in the animation they have had drawn up to promote its benefits.

^ Costa's roastery is just off Albert Embankment on Old Paradise St. Visible from the train into Waterloo.
My knowledge of coffee chain roasteries near the Waterloo train line knows no bounds.

When ever I cycle down Crimscott Street on the London cycle Network no. 22 I get a whiff of bacon, fake bacon - like bacon bits, not sure why.
I got spat out at the new Oval left turn into...the left side of a bus pulling into the bus stop!
