Re saddle: Can I find more value for money than this if I want a light and wide saddle in black?

Only other competitor I have found so far is this: http://www.evanscycles.com/products/bontrager/serano-rl-saddle-ec055386
But it is heavier and it is TREK. Much rather have italian leather... Unless somebody tells me this is the better saddle of the two...
Forks are unpainted and they need at least a clear coat, and I am thinking that it would look more ordinary/cheap with black forks. But I will consider it for sure. Now I just need to get some quotes from the painters. But none of them really seem to be online... So will probably start out by calling them when I arrive in the UK.
Also, I have asked Talbot (coldharbour) to ream my head tube, but he hasn't answered yet. Any suggestions to frame builders around Wood Green who might have a tool for 44mm head tube?
