What are your performance enhancers this year? Cocaine and Haribo? You want to change your doping regime if your performance window is that narrow.

@middleofnowhere - those haribos are a bastard - they get stuck halfway up your nose...the cocaine is tricky too - it's a bit 'moreish'.

looking forward to coming to Norths drinks for the first time to celebrate the 7th brfday - I've always been a bit caught between north and west (being in NW10). Are all cakes welcome or only homemade boozy ones?
I'll be putting the controversial GT tarck conversion to the test on the TT of death, for anyone who wants a good laugh at my expense.
Also if anyone coming has some spare pursuit bars / bullhorns or rat-trap pedals for sale, I am in the market (see my wanted for more deets), and will have cash waiting.

I did the Surrey 100 on Sunday and am as weak as a kitten, people on Santander Cycles were overtaking me on my way into work. Still doing a lap. Might need to be timed with a calender rather than a stopwatch, but I'm still bloody doing it. Can I use a bit of your "egg and cress sandwich" Mikey? Nudge nudge wink wink.

I've never been to Norths, and have no cake but might come for an early doors pint. I might even attempt to push my old, old legs around a lap.

You know I love ya Arvy, but I might sneak a slice of cake too.

Maybe you can get the frosting to work. I'm not sure what happened with mine but it's pretty runny. I suspect the tbsp given in that recipe are not equivalent to 15 mL.

Cake bit seems fine though.
