You can get away with a racecape in the back, but best not overload it, saddlebag are there for a reason.
OK thanks... Might be a little on the small side then, was intending to fill it with food and ride up mountains, plus race cape to ride down...
Carry a cheap gillet instead, much more useful on the descend, and pack a lots smaller, hell you probably can sandwich that between your saddlebag and saddle easily.
Don't think you'd want to climb with a sweaty back with load of stuff.
