If it is coming loose because you didn't tighten the lock ring correctly, then you can fix it by tightening the lock ring correctly.
If it is coming loose because the BB is tiggered in some way, then replacing with a normal cartridge BB (like shimano un55) will do the job.
If it is coming loose because the threads in the frame are tiggered, that's bad, and you either need to epoxy the bb (if it is a crap frame you don't care about) or a BB that clamps against the frame and threads into itself.
