I really wanted a pair of those Mavics. Shame they were smidgeon too narrow.

Did you try the Maxi's? They're the purportedly wider range, so might do the trick?
-
• #1904
No, just the normal ones that were in Streetlife. They didn't have the wider ones in my size. The Spesh ones I got instead are comfy and fine but a little Aviva and not really very disco.

If you've got rid of all the float they will be tighter, personally I've got maximum flit and it works well for me
@jdp I find that they are just right enough but certainly wouldn't want them any tighter
In other news, I'm back on a Specialized Taupe saddle and it's perfect, why did I ever sell the one I had?!

Oh ok I'll have a look at them after work and see what difference it makes for me, cheers

Do you never use the top half of your bars then?

New bars and ghetto 1x9 conversion on the Fuji; bolts are too long so the smaller ring is staying put for now unfortunately! Anyone have any black/silver/red singlespeed chainring bolts they're willing to give away/swap for a pint?

I'll have a look in the garage, might have some bolts. Why did you ditch the FD?
Adjusted the float so there is no movement..
But are you able to adjust the amount of force needed for clipping in?
Just need a few rides out with them I recon
