Have you contacted Oakley about changing the lenses? I don't know what you they're like now, but they used to have very good customer service.
Otherwise if you're on a budget I'd recommend those Uvex ones up thread. I've worn them from 6am through to grey skys with pouring rain and bright sunshine.

I'm going to go into the Covent Garden store and chat to them about it today - I'm not even sure you can change the lenses as they're full frame glasses. so old I've forgotten the name of the style, but they were about £120.
I'm happy to pay for them if they solve that light to shade transition issue, scares the balls off me. But saving money is always good! So how quickly do those Uvex ones transition then? If I'm going from a sunny col to a tunnel, will I be instantly blinded?
I'm in the market for some new sunnies after noticing that my ancient Oakleys (must be 12 years old) make it very difficult to see the road ahead if you're in light and the road is in shade and vice versa. What am I looking for in terms of tech to deal with that? Polarized lenses?
Also, I wear a Kask K50 and have read that the cradle of the helmet can interfere with glasses...
Off to the Alps next week and don't fancy not being able to see properly on descents!
