Hi, recently bought an AM7 from Ebay for £1180. It looked like it had been well used, components were mismatched and past their prime. I planned on a restore using the frame as a base as there was no mention of frame damage. Upon unpacking I found two 1p sized dents on one of the top tubes, a couple of inches apart.
They may not look so bad but I am worried as the tubes are thin and small diameter. What kind of effect do you think this would have on structural integrity?
Repairable?
If repairable what do you think is a fair ask of the seller, based on the fact the majority of the value is in the frame? I would like recompense but want to be fair to both of us.
