Shame to hear that, I got a Bioracer top last year and it is great. My miltag jersey from a bulk order is also nice but got overlooked or something so took appx 4 mths to arrive.
I think it's not just something affecting road kit producers, i've had a long wait on 5 BMX jerseys as the guy who makes them is simply swamped with orders full time.
Good time to get into the market place for a new jersey company perhaps...?

So back to the topic of shonky service. Our club uses bioracer and frankly their quality and prices are now uterly shite. 110 quid for a winter jacket with the logo psw right over a stitched pocket fold.pink arms that should of been white and then nearly 6 months to get a refund. Complained to ken the uk rep and local guy and he ignored it . Asked chris he wasnt arsed either . So what does that tell you about a company now supplying most of the uk's cycling clubs. Bioracer poor service . Sizes finishing, returns . So not just rapha.
