This sounds typical. Poor response, issues with most orders, busy staff seemingly not giving a sh1t.
Next thing you know the Rapha brand/buying experience/service reputation will be permanently tarnished and the company will start a gradual nose dive.Already has IMO. Same experience for others that I have spoken to.
Rapha refunded three of the items I sent back but not the fourth that was in the same package and are taking far too long to reply to my email about the missing refund for my liking.
I'd say standards are slipping because I've had nothing but exemplary customer service in the past and this just seems sloppy and lazy.
Premium products at premium prices require premium customer service.
