You're looking £100-150 for not cheap n nasty fixed wheels whatever you do (V-sprint, cycleclinic, (both uk built) halo/miche/planet x (if they still use Novatec) in sale (machine built)
However, if you can get a used hub on EvilBay it's only labour (unless the spokes are that worn the shop advices against rebuilding) :)
SJS has Alpina spokes that are supposed to be a good budget bet, Sapim/DT Swiss come recommended but never are cheap.

Only in gross boxes, AFAIK. Cyclebasket is the usual source for ACI/Alpina spokes.
Thanks, I figured I'd need new spokes. The issue now is: is the cost of hub(s), spokes, and labour, more or less cost effective than selling these and using that towards a new wheel set. Decisions.
