I used to see this guy all the time on my commute from Victoria station.
I'd normally intersect with his route around Buckingham Palace.
I used to laugh every time I saw him but also had a certain amount of admiration for him.
He would ride an orange Brompton and rock a full face helmet, full finger mountain bike gloves and lots of other bright coloured clothing.
I used to laugh because he looked ridiculous but the admiration came from the fact he would tear it up everywhere. He clearly couldn't handle not being at the front of the pack but did his ride with a certain style you had to like, and laugh at.
