Kevin Juggins was taught to build by a guy called Clive Bonavea, he was an artist in metal, when I started riding (in 1985) a club mate of mine had 2 Juggins bikes, geared TT and a pursuit bike, stunning, just stunning, they're rare, he stopped building in about 1991 I think.
