Yup, results can be a bit hit and miss... You might need to dye them more than once, just follow the instructions... FYI The dye won't work on the stitching as most threads aren't cotton... I'm really happy with mine...
If they start to fade, dye them again! Mine haven't tho', holding up well...
Try it on an old pair first... Dylon dye only costs about a fiver from Tesco...
