Actually think I'll undibs. This will be fantastic for someone though, don't think you can get much better for the money - even if you factored in a respray.
A bit of research seems to suggest that 'Eclipse' was the name of a model offered by BikeUK, who had their main shop on the Strand. Most of these frames seem to have been manufactured in-house, some by Orbit, and a few by wholesalers. The in-house ones had great reviews, apparently, and were really well-built.
Anyway, really solid looking tourer/commuter for the money, don't think you could go wrong really, glws!
