I'm not sure about this too be honest, but have yet to see or win an original raleigh one. I choose this as the two arm design is very similar to the raleigh, but am debating getting a slightly smaller and more delicate looking continental style chainring to match up with the cranks, or maybe a williams 1200 chainring to go on the chatter lea or a set of durax 3 arm cranks.
I've also managed to get my hands on a period correct sturmey 3 speed lever and some cable in old stele ribbed black cable housing:
