Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow !
If you have a GPS, you can download the route here
It will rain, likely a lot. Bring some adequate clothing. If you have mudguards, the person behind you will probs be grateful.
We have a lovely stop planned half-way at the [Norton Heath Cafe (https://www.facebook.com/nortonheathcafe/timeline) for some lunch/cake/warm-up, bring some cash as they don't take cards.
Take plenty of water and snacks.
Spare tubes, puncture repair kits, all the tools you need.
Meet at the ice center at 8:30am for a rollout at 9am.
I'm also PM'ing you my number in case you need to get hold of me.
See you tomorrow !

I'm afraid I'm going to bail on tomorrow, just got back from France and still a bit knackered, need to be fresh for work on Monday. Good luck for everyone riding tomorrow.

Far too much water. A couple of punctures and two got the train from Chelmsford. I'm a DNF this year.
Things I learned: Add a patch kit to the toolbox. Include flask of something 'spiritual' for those wet rides. Spare socks.
I loved the route and hope to complete it, on a guaranteed dry Sunday, before the end of the summer.

Well done Wanda
Everyone riding in Essex today seemed to have got as far as Epping and then turned back and headed for home
It was wet! -

Had a puncture after we split, then we steadily rode the rest of the miles back to London for beers and fist bumps.
Only now am I starting to feel my body normally again. And realising we made it, despite all the obstacles.
Thanks for everyone who came and did the best they could with the conditions we had.
I'm happy we all made it back home. -

Thank you ladies for the ride yesterday! It was wet and cold but it was good fun. Legs a bit stiff today. I'm up for another one, but maybe on a sunnier day.

An early start for a day trip to Edinburgh today has left me broken and drunk with tiredness, but pleased we all made the effort.
