I'll be tapering from now until next year - got hit by a car on my commute and can no longer cycle :'(

Sorry to hear that and heal fast. I got hit by a caravan 4 weeks ago (fractured hip etc) and have another 6-8 weeks before properly walking again.

I did the Ride London last year - good fun but no desire to do it again. Hope you all enjoy yourselves.
