What powermeter would the crowd recommend for a lower-mid level TT bike (something like the ~£1.5k PlanetX Stealth SRAM Force 22).

I have a PowerTap wheel (SL+ in Mavic Open Pro) but see that more as a training wheel, and a non-hub based powermeter would allow me to play with different rear wheels, including fancy carbon things.
Don't want pedals so Garmin Vector is out. Don't mind it being one sided as I'm not looking for L/R balance or brilliant accuracy.
