Sorry it's a Raleigh:-(
I bought this in it's dubious rattle-can livery, thinking it was an "ex-banana" but none of them appear to have a yellow BB which this one does - you can just see a bit of it.
Notable features are, Campy style (adjustable rear) ends, sloping fork crown, lugs with egg shaped cut-outs in them.
