Campag and Miche are narrow. Not sure Miche actually ends up 'narrow' if you use a 110mm spindle though.

I have a road campagnolo that is 147mm q-factor on a 102mm bb so cannot get narrower. Campagnolo pista isnt cheap.... ?
Im thinking about some old shimano road square taper and then putting it on a 103mm BB. Hmmm. .. for cheapness!

This is exactly what I did for 1x10 for CX. I went with Shimano 600 and a square taper bb (107 IIRC, 103 was too narrow around the 38t chainring and chainstay).

It's slightly narrower than the regular Shimano road stance, which is nice.
