With Flite Transalp - much better.
Stem has been dropped a bit too from that photo and I have picked up some CX clinchers, so off to the woods this weekend :)
Pedals are off as I was swapping on my SPD-SL's for a road ride - will be running regular spds for offroad

A few changes - in trailer pulling mode in the Alps:
Saddle now a Romin, 3t seatpost and stem and a compact + planet-x a27 wheels oh and Bike Nashbar 1" CX disc mount forks - although still running mini-v up front (canti at the rear)
Compact + 12-27 was sufficient for pulling trailer + toddler (~30kg all up) up Alpe D'Huez

Will be up for sale soon as I have picked up a bargain giant tcx SLR frameset
My van tuyl Cyclocross frame, it's titanium but had been sprayed by colour tech for Arthur Caygill hence the decals....
1 inch forks, which were a pain to locate with canti bosses...
Wheels are planet x model b as I am light, currently has road tyres on to test it as all still waiting on cx tyres.
Have a flite on the way to replace horrid looking saddle and also need to replace stem and seat post with something lighter/nicer along side swapping out pedals for spds.
Mostly veloce group set and mini v brakes as I can't be arsed with cantis
Ergo nova bars
