How come you've not used the frame rack mounts?

I was thinking about this for a while, but decided to go down for the rear mainly for stability and I prefer having the light front end to steer around London Town, plus I don't lift bro.

He meant the mount on the rear rather than that adaptor.

Is the adaptor needed just for that bag, or would it be needed for standard panniers?
