There is a certain satisfaction with riding in grim weather. Well done on your ride today. Looks lumpy.

I know what you mean... For less than a few hours you feel like a double 'ard Belgian bastard... But after that I get really cold and have a little weep coz I'm actually an English fairy.

I agree- especially in Summer. Though I get the feeling that riding yesterday (in totally inappropriate clothing) may have contributed somewhat to the illnessness today.
