Frame is in good condition, it does have surface rust on the bottom of the downtube but due to the simple lacquering of the frame, this always happens with this type of paint, I will however attack it with some white spirit and take the vast majority off. Other than that the frame comes with a thomson 29.8mm seatpost (won't be sold separately I'm afraid), seatclamp and relatively fresh headset
