• I did 2 x 25 minute low cadence (am trying to replicate long climbs) intervals on my turbo before breakfast this morning rather than risking wetness.

  • Bleh that sounds no fun. Did 3 x 5min at low cadence (after other shorter intervals) and it was pretty painful

  • I've never really understood this as a method of training for climbs. Do you normally climb at a low cadence?

    High power at high cadence ftw (and enjoy your knees in your old age)
