If you are going to throw urine, follow the example of our French friends, and do it early in the stage. There are two good reasons for this. First, the live coverage will not have started and so you are less likely to be seen and identified. Secondly, I suspect the effect of riding for four hours or so smelling of urine as it mingles with your sweat is considerably worse than the final 15 minutes or so.
