• This isn't really the thread for this, but having searched I couldn't find a better one.

    I'm nearing the end of a training block that's gone fairly well. The one area I've struggled with though is the Vo2 max sessions.

    Typically they'll be 2 sets of 3 x 2/3' at 120-122%. They feel hard, which I'm sure they should, but on occasion I've suffered with stitch in the final interval.

    @skinny mentioned that he does Vo2 max work at a lower intensity, but for a longer duration ie 5' at 105-110%. What do others do and am I struggling with mine because the intensity is too high?

    Any thoughts welcome.

    Ps. Just got an email saying WKO4 has been released at last and mac friendly too!
