Aren't they still made? Kind of warming to the idea of something similar. Sad, isn't it. Until I see the price! Lol
-
• #2353
Or maybe racing jackets. Tey all look similar not sure if they still made. Got a pair in black if you want?
-
• #2354
Just had a quick look on Ebay. Seem pretty pricey
-
• #2355
Yeah, using the word Jock just lost that point any credibility.
-
• #2356
BTW, what model Oakleys WAS Geraint wearing?
shit ones
Often worn during an 'epic' sportive. Bonus points for the Livestrong edition.

I thought 'Jocks' to describe Scottish people was a friendly term to use or is that 'racist' now as well?....

Just noticed there's no long TT? What the hell?

• #2359
Yawn

Jimmy. You're fired.

Wouldn't be the first time

on't know how boring you have to be if you're Vayer/Kimmage/Digger
Forum, but it's pretty fucking boring isn't it? Actually that said
Kimmage seems to be mostly steering clear of all the crap being
spouted this year. And his life was somewhat ruined by it all, so I'd
forgive his bitter boring drone. While Kimmage's stance on Armstrong was plaudible and brave, he does seem to have an issue. While David Walsh can move on, Kimmage is wracked by the guilt of his own doping and seems incapable of accepting that anyone else can win without giving in to the temptation to dope.

Froome noticed this when the route was announced and stated that he might not ride because the route didn't suit him...

use or is that 'racist' now as well?....Scotland is a nation devoid of any racist behaviour, particularly to the English.

Perhaps if Paul Kimmage had won something he might not feel this way...

I thought the correct term was "sweaty"?
-
• #2368
I suspect that is much more acceptable.

so here's the deal right: just publish all the power files for all riders for each day in competition. I propose that we know enough about the limits of human ability WRT cardio, vascular, neuro and metabolic performance to pull anyone who looks more than 1-2% above those limitations.
glad to see LeMond is on my side too http://cyclingtips.com.au/2015/07/tour-de-france-lemond-repeats-calls-for-greater-transparency-in-the-sport/

"What does it mean to be clean", asks Kimmage.
Bread and water diet, presumably.

They were demented: to them Hadrian's Wall was a symbol of Scottish superiority over the English, because the Romans never invaded.

Anyway

Oleg pursuing his winning of hearts and minds campaign, sure he's a popular figure in France. Hearing about the hotels his team has been stuck in, suddenly the Sky motorhome makes a lot of sense. I would anticipate him getting stuck in plenty of crap hotels from now on.

Just read that.
Was thinking ahh this isn't such bad. Then got over half way. And he let rip.

But he got one thing right...
“I think the UCI is hopeless. I don’t really see them,” Tinkov said of the UCI.
Are they the same ones that Hincapie used to ride with? Also white framed
