Wanted: Bars

Hi there
I'm looking for some new bars for my bike and bullhorns are most favourable. Being a broke student I don't have the cash money to fund some new ones and as I'm out of a job currently I don't have much disposable income but the bars are a needed upgrade as my current risers are dying.
Price range: up to about £20-£25 max
Unwrapped would be fine but wrapped bars would be pretty sweet
Can meet most-all places in London

Windym, 350mm-400mm would be ideal, and no OS bars
