L*v*SD yesterday, Mrs GB training for a marathon walk (running not her thing) so I went with her for a 24km walk in just over 4 hours moving time. Thames Path from Putney to Richmond, up Richmond Hill and through Richmond Park past Pen Ponds (lovely in the middle of the park, never been there before) to Robin Hood Gate, and back to Putney via Putney Heath.
Will be interesting to see how that affects my HM commute on Wednesday morning.
