Campagnolo Croce d' Aune crankset
Pretty sure that's Athena.
CDA (and 2nd gen. Chorus) is flat across the crank bolt hole/spider arm junction, whereas the bolt hole is somewhat proud of the arms with Athena.
If you had a dustcap you could check as CDA should have self-extracting crank bolts, so the thread is left-handed.
