Looks like A.Waller's handiwork, never knew he built Kingsland tandems. If it is then would be worth £1500+ restored, 200EUR is a steal even if you don't get round to restoring it soon it would be a good investment and fun in times to come to tinker with

Not a million miles away from me, but not sure you'll get quite that much for it?

It's waaaay to large for me however so not worth a 2 hour drive and 2 hour back and having to rent a van, I can't even cycle it :/
