Your a beast! Bet them roads have never been blessed by a NJS :). Setup looks awesome. Findng it easy or not so much? Would want to try out the island one day on fixed.

blast from the past. but you cut threads in the rear axle? did that for mudguard mounting. looks actually pretty neat. dunno if real weight carrying is a good idea though..

I run this setup for ish 300k in 3 days on åland island, amazing island with nice roads!
