This Sandy Gilchrist lo-pro time trial frame is from 1991 and was built by Rick Powell who had formerly worked at the Carlton lightweight unit in Worksop. This lo-pro frame suits a 24in front wheel. This frame is built from Reynolds 531C tubing.
Yellow f&f, chrome wheels, seat post stem and bars, white seat and bar tape with purple accents, black tyres.
Considering only rear deraileur, opinions?
