Woke up with an aching back this morning, down at the base of the spine; was a struggle to walk for a while. Not quite so bad now but any suggestions to alleviate it. I'm away at the moment so a doctor would be a real hassle. Cheers
I get/got this a lot and it could be tight hip flexors which tilt your pelvis forwards. This stretch might help. I AM NOT A DOCTOR.
I do that and clench the bum cheek of the rear leg at the same time as recommended by my fizzy-o.
