that was a rare bike commute for me (first since May 5th) as I train-in/run-home Tuesday then run-in/train-home Thursday. I do miss cycle commuting 5 days a week.

Yep, that was most probably me. Did a very hilly ride today in Kent. Audax style, interspersed with stops for tea & cake. Final climb was Toys Hill: always a killer.
