1" threaded headsets are mostly ISO these days. Up to the eighties a lot of bikes had JIS as well. And before 1960's pretty much everything had the 'raleigh standard' headset with different threads (26 not 24 TPI).
Sheldons crib sheet explains it all neatly.
(Old school BMX are different again!)
I'll check to see if I have any of the raliegh ones..
